Atlas privacy basics
Last updated May 10, 2026.
What Atlas collects
Atlas collects the email address and authentication identifier needed to operate your account. If you have paid membership, Atlas stores Stripe customer and subscription status identifiers so access can stay in sync.
Atlas also stores data you create inside the product, such as watchlists, saved searches, notes, tasks, alerts, API-key metadata, and model-download records. API keys are stored as hashes after the one-time reveal.
What Atlas does not store
Atlas does not ask for a profile name and does not store full payment card details. Stripe and Substack handle payment method storage, billing history, receipts, and cancellation.
Service providers
Atlas uses service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, email, payments, and market-data features. Those providers process data only as needed to run Atlas, secure accounts, deliver product features, and comply with legal obligations.
Account and data requests
To ask about your data or request account deletion, email . If you have active paid membership, open billing from Settings or contact support before account data is removed.
